Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds . We do however replace any damaged goods that may have occurred during shipping, if that happen please contact me via email at jwcandles55@gmail.com and forward date of purchase, order number , picture showing what was damage with your shipping information. Once I receive the information a replacement will be shipped to you.
